Time to cast your vote for the Labor Finders Associate and Branch who best embody the Labor Finders mission of “Changing Lives”!
With so many great Finalists, it is not an easy choice. Find one that you feel strongly about. Help spread the word to bring in more votes! The winning Associate will take home a $3,000 prize, and the branch team that recruited and trained the winner will receive the “Newt Burnett Changing Lives Award,” named after the founder of Labor Finders.

2026 Employee of the Year Nominees
Voting on Labor Finders website only (laborfinders.com/Employee-of-the-Year). Deadline to vote May 1st, 2026, 11:59PM Eastern Daylight Time. Individuals may vote as many times as they like, regardless of their affiliation with Labor Finders Intl., its subsidiaries, franchisees, or other related entities. Popular voting will be one factor in the final award selection, but will not be the only factor. Decision of the Selection Committee is final, and all elements of the selection process will remain confidential, including vote tally.
