Lawton German - Greenville, SC
From the moment he joined Labor Finders in 2013, Lawton—known as “Pops”—has set the standard for dedication and reliability. At 77 years young, he hasn’t missed work in over four years, even walking to work in all kinds of weather without complaints. He’s worked numerous jobs over the years and always has a smile on his face. Pops’ positive attitude, strong work ethic, and kindness make him an inspiration to everyone around him.

Individuals may vote as many times as they like, regardless of their affiliation with Labor Finders Intl., its subsidiaries, franchisees, or other related entities. Popular voting will be one factor in the final award selection, but will not be the only factor. Decision of the Selection Committee is final, and all elements of the selection process will remain confidential, including vote tally.
