Your Day
• Perform a variety of construction tasks such as demolition, site prep, carpentry, concrete work, and general labor.
• Assist with setup and teardown of job sites and ensure areas remain organized and safe.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools, following all safety protocols.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Support supervisors and crew leads with additional duties as needed.
